Sunt exceptate de la \u00eenregistrare contractelor de \u00eenchiriere la ANAF, persoanele ce \u00eenchiriaz\u0103 bunurile imobiliare \u00een scop turistic \u0219i contractele de arend\u0103.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Dac\u0103 am un contract de \u00eenchiriere \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urare, am obliga\u021bia s\u0103-l \u00eenregistrez la ANAF?<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conform art. 133 alin 22 Cod Fiscal &#8211; Am obliga\u021bia s\u0103 \u00eenregistrez contractul de \u00eenchiriere \u00een curs de desf\u0103\u0219urare \u00een termen de <strong><em>cel mult<\/em><\/strong> 90 de zile de la data la care a intervenit obliga\u021bia \u00eenregistr\u0103rii acestora (respectiv, data de 1 ianuarie 2023).<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cum\u00a0 \u00eenregistrez contractul la ANAF?<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contractul de \u00eenchiriere la ANAF se poate \u00eenregistra on-line prin platforma contribuabilului.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contractul\u00a0 de \u00eenchiriere \u00eenregistrate la ANAF devine titlu executoriu.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00een vederea recuper\u0103rii chiriei nepl\u0103tite de chiria\u0219 la timp.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00cen vederea evacu\u0103rii chiria\u0219ului \u00een caz de nerespectare a clauzelor contractuale, neplata chiriei sau a \u00eentre\u021binerii.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Dac\u0103 \u00eenchiriez locuin\u021ba \u00een scopul desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii prostitu\u021biei; ce risc?<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prin \u00eenchirierea unui locuin\u021be (garsonier\u0103; apartament cas\u0103; etc); spa\u021biu industrial\u00a0 \u00een scopul practic\u0103rii prostitu\u021biei \u2013 se\u00a0 \u00a0<strong><em>s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219e\u0219te infrac\u021biunea de proxenetism<\/em><\/strong>;
