Nu te l\u0103sa convins s\u0103 vorbe\u0219ti \u00eenainte de a avea avocatul prezent.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><b>Cere \u00eenregistrarea solicit\u0103rii<br \/><\/b>Roag\u0103-i pe anchetatori s\u0103 consemneze cererea ta \u00een proces\u2011verbal: \u201e<b>V\u0103 rog s\u0103 nota\u021bi \u00een proces\u2011verbal c\u0103 am solicitat avocat, azi, la ora ___<\/b>.\u201d Dac\u0103 nu o consemneaz\u0103, men\u021bioneaz\u0103 verbal faptul \u0219i noteaz\u0103 tu ora \u0219i numele ofi\u021berilor.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><b>Limiteaz\u0103 ce spui \u00eenainte de a ajunge avocatul.<br \/><\/b>Dac\u0103 \u021bi se cere, ofer\u0103 doar date de identitate. Pentru orice \u00eentrebare privind faptele, spune: \u201e<b>Refuz s\u0103 r\u0103spund p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd avocatul meu este prezent<\/b>.\u201d Evit\u0103 explica\u021bii, justific\u0103ri sau discu\u021bii informale.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>Sun\u0103 avocatul sau cere s\u0103 fie contactat<\/strong><br \/>\u00centreab\u0103: \u201e<b>Pot s\u0103-mi sun avocatul acum?<\/b>\u201d<br \/>Dac\u0103 nu \u021bi se permite, spune: \u201e<b>V\u0103 rog s\u0103 contacta\u021bi avocatul meu \u2014 nume ___, tel. ___.<\/b>\u201d<br \/>Dac\u0103 nu ai avocat, formuleaz\u0103: \u201eSolicit asisten\u021b\u0103 juridic\u0103 din oficiu\u201d sau \u201eV\u0103 rog s\u0103-mi comunica\u021bi procedura pentru ob\u021binerea unui avocat din oficiu.\u201d<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>Cere am\u00e2narea audierii dac\u0103 e posibil<\/strong><br \/>Dac\u0103 avocatul nu poate veni imediat, cere am\u00e2narea: \u201e<strong>Solicit am\u00e2narea audierii p\u00e2n\u0103 la sosirea avocatului meu<\/strong>.\u201d Dac\u0103 nu se poate am\u00e2na legal, reafirm\u0103 refuzul de a da declara\u021bii substantive.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>Verific\u0103 documentele \u0219i nu semna f\u0103r\u0103 avocat<\/strong><br \/>Cere s\u0103 \u021bi se arate mandatul, cita\u021bia sau orice act. Nu semna declara\u021bii sau procese\u2011verbale pe care nu le \u00een\u021belegi. Dac\u0103 semnezi for\u021bat, scrie l\u00e2ng\u0103 semn\u0103tur\u0103: \u201e<b>semnat sub rezerva consult\u0103rii avocatului\u201d (dac\u0103 \u021bi se permite)<\/b>.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>Cere drepturi conexe<\/strong><br \/>Solicit\u0103 s\u0103 fie informat\u0103 o persoan\u0103 apropiat\u0103. <b>Solicit\u0103\u00a0informa\u021bii scrise despre motivele re\u021binerii\/arest\u0103rii.<\/b><\/h5><\/li><li><h5><b>Dac\u0103 ai posibilitatea, noteaz\u0103 tot ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103.<br \/><\/b>Scrie numele \u0219i gradul ofi\u021berilor, ora la care ai cerut avocatul, eventuale refuzuri \u0219i dac\u0103 \u021bi s\u2011a permis s\u0103 suni. Aceste date ajut\u0103 avocatul ulterior.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5><b>Comportament sub presiune<br \/><\/b><\/h5><h5>P\u0103streaz\u0103 calmul.<strong> Nu negocia, nu amenin\u021ba \u0219i nu \u00eencerca s\u0103 mituie\u0219ti\u2014<\/strong> aceste fapte \u00eenr\u0103ut\u0103\u021besc situa\u021bia<strong>. Repet\u0103 constant: \u201eSolicit avocat.\u201d<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>Dup\u0103 sosirea avocatului<\/strong><br \/>Spune-i avocatului toate detaliile, inclusiv cele dificile \u2014 totul e protejat de secretul profesional.
